Bohning Double lock nocks - G-Nock

I have been involved with the great sport of archery on and off for sixty plus years , and had an archery goods store for ten or more years so am an experienced reviewer . Bohning G nocks are the most difficult nocks to install period into Easton arrow shafts , there is no nock insert tool supplied ( if indeed there is one ) ,nor are there any instructions on nock installation . I had to file off all the little ridges on the insertable part of the nock and holding the nock with a set of pliers in my left hand push with all my might to instal my nock . If this is how an experienced arrow maker gets a nock on , heaven help the less experienced .
